1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 calendar days after the date you receive your package. 

To qualify for a successful return, your item must remain in pristine condition—specifically, it must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and inside its original packaging. You will also need to provide your order confirmation number or a valid proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate Your Return
Important Notice: Please do not send your items back to the origin address without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed or accepted.

To begin the process, kindly reach out to our customer care team at support@zenithpathshop.com. Once our team approves your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions and the precise return address tailored to your location.

3. Designated Return Locations (USA)
To ensure fast and efficient processing for our United States customers, we route returns through multiple fulfillment zones. Depending on your location, your package will be directed to one of our regional facilities, including our Southern Hub:

• Southern / GA Warehouse: 240 The Bluffs, Austell, GA 30168, USA

Our support team will explicitly confirm which facility your order should be shipped to during the return authorization process.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We highly recommend inspecting your order immediately upon arrival. If you discover that an item is broken, defective, or if you received the incorrect product, please email us right away at support@zenithpathshop.com. We will promptly evaluate the situation and arrange a replacement or solution to make things right.

5. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned due to safety, hygiene, or customization factors. These include:
• Perishable items (such as food, snacks, or plants)
• Customized, custom-made, or personalized products
• Personal care and beauty products
• Hazardous goods, flammable liquids, or gases
• Gift cards and promotional sale items

6. Product Exchanges
The most efficient method to secure a different item or variation is to complete the return process for your current item. Once your return is received and verified, you can simply place a fresh, independent order for the new product directly on our website.

7. European Union 14-Day Cancellation Right (Cooling-Off Period)
For orders being shipped to destinations within the European Union, you maintain the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet our standard requirements of being unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

8. Refund Processing Timeline
We will send you a confirmation email once your returned package has arrived and undergone a quality inspection at our facility. This email will notify you whether your refund has been officially approved.

If approved, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method automatically within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that banking institutions and credit card companies often require additional processing time to post the funds to your account.

If more than 15 business days have elapsed since your refund approval email and you have not received the funds, please contact us at support@zenithpathshop.com so we can investigate further.
