A. No, currently we only ship to all locations within the United States (USA).

A. We offer a flat shipping rate of $4.99 for all orders across the USA.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
Order Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days (Monday - Friday).
Transit/Shipping Time: 7 - 12 business days (Monday - Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 - 15 business days.

Q. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A. If you need to change your delivery details, please contact us immediately within 12 hours of placing your order at support@zenithpathshop.com. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, we cannot modify the address.

A. We offer a 30-day free return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a full return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Q. What are the conditions for a return?
A. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, unworn, unwashed, and must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Q. How do I start a return?
A. Please email us at support@zenithpathshop.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label along with instructions. Please do not send items back without requesting a return first.

Q. How long does it take to get my refund?
A. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
